Bajaj Pulsar F250 range gets dearer in India

All the Pulsar branded motorcycles offer great power, good looks, and features for a decent amount of money. Pulsar brand attracts a lot of youngsters with the affordable price tag. Bajaj pulsar F250 range gets expensive in India.

Bajaj pulsar 250 range was launched in India last October at Rs 1.38 lakh for Bajaj Pulsar N250 (ex-showroom price Delhi ) and Rs 1.4 lakh for Bajaj Pulsar F250(ex-showroom price Delhi). But now , Bajaj pulsar N250 costs Rs 1,39,117 and Bajaj Pulsar F250 costs Rs 1,40,915 i.e. closely related to previous price. Bajaj pulsar N250 has become costlier by Rs 1117 and slightly difference of Rs 915 in the price of Bajaj pulsar F250.

The main difference between the new Pulsar N250 and the F250 is styling. Being a semi-faired bike, the Pulsar F250 gets a small visor at the front and its rear-view mirrors are mounted on the body panels. The Pulsar N250, on the other hand, is a naked streetfighter and so it doesn’t get any fairing. As for the claimed fuel efficiency, the Bajaj Pulsar F250 base engine returns 40 Km/l. The Bajaj Pulsar N250 base returns 0 Km/l.

Both the Pulsars just differ with the design and features otherwise the bike is the same from all aspects. Talking about the dimensions of the Pulsar F250 both the bikes come with a wheelbase of 1351mm, a seat height of 795mm, ground clearance of 165mm, and a fuel tank capacity of 14L. The N250 has a curb weight of 162kg whereas the 250F is 164kg

Both the new Pulsar 250s are powered by the same 250 cc BS6 DTSi oil-cooled single-cylinder engine which produces h 24.5 PS max. power and 21.5 Nm max. torque mated with a 5-speed transmission unit. Many new innovations were added in Both the Pulsars like LED projector unipod headlamp setup, mono-shock suspension, assist and slipper clutch, infinity display console, USB mobile charging, gear position indicator, distance to the empty readout, single-channel ABS, and larger tires with a stronger grip.

Now the confusion arrives in choosing the better one although both the bikes have same specifications and dimensions but differ in design and most importantly price. Purchasing decisions totally depend upon the preference of customers. If they want to purchase a naked streetfighter Bajaj pulsar N250 would be a perfect choice. Whereas if someone is looking for a short fairy bike Bajaj pulsar F250 would be a perfect choice.
