Kawasaki Z900 And Z H2 Price Hike

In the Indian market, Kawasaki has raised the prices of three motorcycles from the Z series – Z H2, Z H2 SE, and Z900. Z H2 SE and Z H2 are now Rs 23,000 and Rs 27,000 more expensive, respectively, after the price hike. Comparatively, the Z900 has received a price hike of Rs 9,000.

Kawasaki Z900 And Z H2 Colors

As a result of these updated prices, the Z H2 is available at a price of Rs 22.79 lakh, while the Z H2 SE is available at a price of Rs 26.95 lakh. Post-price revision, the Z900 is available for Rs 8.93 lakh. It is important to note that with this price revision, Kawasaki’s roadster motorcycles do not undergo any cosmetic or mechanical changes. There are two colors available for the Z900: Candy Lime Green Type 3 and Metallic Spark Black. Metallic Diablo Black and Golden Blazed Green are the two colors available on the Z H2 and Z H2 SE.

Kawasaki Z900 And Z H2 Engine

Kawasaki’s Z H2 vehicle features a 998cc, liquid-cooled, inline-4 engine with a Supercharger that produces 197.2bhp at 11,000rpm and 137Nm of peak torque at 8,500rpm. In contrast, the Z900 features a 948cc, liquid-cooled inline-four motor that delivers 123.6bhp at 9,500rpm and 98.6Nm at 7,700rpm.

While the Z900 competes against the Triumph Street Triple and DucatiMonster in the Indian market, the Z H2 range rivals the Ducati Streetfighter V4 and BMW S1000R.
