KTM has launched its new KTM 390 Adventure in India at a price of Rs 3.35 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi) for 2022. It has also received a few notable updates along with the price hike of Rs 7,000.

First of all, the bike has been updated with traction control and now has two modes – street and off-road. Normal interventions are offered by the former, while Off-road allows a certain amount of rear-wheel slip before it kicks in. By upgrading the electronics, the bike will also stay in Off-road mode in case the rider stalls and restarts the bike.
Also new this year are KTM’s new 5-spoke alloy rims, replacing the 12-spoke alloy wheels. The new five-spoke design, according to the company, allows for increased stiffness and better handling of impacts.

The final change is the introduction of new colors. In addition to the Dark Galvano Black, the KTM Factory Racing Blue offers a very appealing color combination.

Powered by the same 43 hp, 37 NM, 373.4cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine, the 2022 KTM 390 Adventure is mechanically identical to its predecessor. There is a tubular street trellis frame with a mono-shock suspension and a non-adjustable WP USD fork.
