Neev Motorcycles was approached by Royal Enfield to build a custom motorcycle based on the Classic 350. It was clear to Neev that he wanted to achieve something totally different from what Royal Enfield was trying to accomplish right out of the factory. It was Neev’s desire to make it loud, attention-grabbing, and classy at the same time.

Instead of the cruiser style of the Classic 350, Neev chose a bobber-style machine. To achieve the low-slung bobber look, the swingarm had to be customized. In addition, they installed balloon tyres on 16″ spoked wheels instead of cross-pattern tyres. In my opinion, it would have looked better with whitewall tyres, but it does look good without them as well. Besides fitting the bigger wheels, Neev also added a custom mudguard.

According to Neev, the fuel tank is the most challenging part of this custom job. Featuring swooping curves and interesting patterns, it was hand-crafted to perfection. Its matte black finish is complemented by polished brass fittings across the whole bike giving it a royal look.

Aside from handlebar holders, the custom RE logo on the fuel tank, handlebar grips, footpegs, side panels, the sissy bar at the rear, fuel filler caps and even the exhaust tip are all made of solid brass, which is intricately machined and detailed.

As a result of its yellow color, brass mimics the appearance of gold. The brass wasn’t enough for Neev. The pinstripes and patterns on the fuel tank were detailed with real gold leaves. Additionally, it gets a custom-stitched leather seat cover. There is no doubt that it will turn a lot of heads on the road since the headlights are now LEDs.
